Important Information about returns:

- Please contact us before returning any items; info@patsohprints.co.uk

- Returns must be made no later than 14 days from time of receiving the products.

- Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.

- Returned goods should be protected in a box.

- The cost of returning items is to be paid by the buyer.

- Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

When returned goods are received in accordance with the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
